【摘要】 提出了将开关电容变换器应用于直流无刷电机驱动电路的理论。分析了文中提出的开关电容变换器的工作原理,并设计了合理的拓扑结构,该变换器可作为全桥变换器开关管驱动模块中自举电容的充电泵电路。最后进行了仿真和实验验证,证明了理论的正确性与可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the theory of switched capacitor converter used in DC brushless motor driver modules is presented. The proposed theory in the paper is analyzed and the topology of the switched capacitor converter is designed, which can charge for the bootstrap capacitors of the MOSFET drivers.
