【Abstract】 The function characteristic and elementary state of IGBT-IPM Intelligent Module are introduced at first. Then the design demands of the IPM correlative periphery circuits and some problems that should be paid attenttoa to when the intelligent module is applied in APF are discussed in details, especially the introduction of design of the snubber. Brief analysis of the IPM fault waveforms appeared in the usage process is also done.更多还原
