选择性谐波控制的通用优化多电平PWM方法研究

【摘要】 本文针对高电压和大功率的电力电子应用提出了一种涵盖双极性二阶、三阶和不对称四阶拓扑结构的通用优化 PWM方法。首先提出了一种不对称多电平拓扑结构电路,阐述了该拓扑电路的工作原理。随后建立了以选择性谐波控制为约束条件和剩余电压谐波含量为优化目标函数的PWM数学模型;接着对该优化PWM数学模型进行优化求解,获得不对称逆变器电路输出的优化电平幅度比和优化PWM调制的开关角,并根据电平幅度比设置多电平电路,再根据开关角控制多电平电路输出,且对其PWM的调制效果进行了分析,最后通过仿真试验表明该通用多电平优化PWM方法能大幅度降低开关频率及与之相关的电磁干扰。

【Abstract】 This paper proposed a general-purpose optimal PWM technique for bipolar two-level、three-level and unsymmetrical four-level topology circuits for high voltage and high power applications. Firstly an unsymmetrical multi-level topology circuit and its work principle were presented. Secondly an optimal PWM technique was developed, which was based on selective harmonic control as constraint conditions and the optimal goal function for rest harmonics contents. Then the optimal PWM mathematicalmodel was solved to obtain an optimal topology circuit, furthermore, the multi-level circuit was studied by obtained optimal outputvoltage ratio and the corresponding switching angles, and its PWM performance was discussed. Finally the proposed PWM technique allows significant reduction on switching frequency and its associated Electro magnetic Interruption (EMI) specially for high power and high voltage applications with simulation work.
