基于DSP的大功率开关磁阻电机全数字控制系统在矿山绞车上的应用

【摘要】 本文设计了一种大功率开关磁阻电机(SRM)全数字控制系统。该系统采用高性能的数字信号处理器(DSP) TMS320F2812和单片机(MCU)89C52主-从双处理器结构,为了减少外围分立器件,增加系统可靠性和抗干扰性,应用了复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)EPM7064S;控制策略采用电流斩波控制(CCC)。132KW大功率SRM控制系统成功应用于矿山矸石山绞车,由现场运行结果表明:速度跟踪性能和抗干扰能力强,电流波形接近理想方波,完全满足了工业现场的应用需求。进一步验证了该系统设计的合理性。
【Abstract】 A high performance fully digital control system for the control of a high power Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) for mine hoist system has been presented in this paper. Dual processors architecture is adopted in mis system based on high performance Digital Signal Processor (DSP) TMS320F2812 and Micro Controller Unit (MCU) 89C52. Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD) EPM7064S instead of some apart devices is used in order to simplify the exterior circuit and improve the reliability of the system. 132KW high power SRM control system is applied successfully to a hoist carrying waste rocks of mine. The results indicate that the speed tracking performance is prompt, anti-disturbance is strong and the current is close to ideal square waveform. The system is fully met the industry need demonstrate that the system is designed reasonably.
