一种改进直接转矩控制性能的方法

【摘要】 本文首先介绍了传统直接转矩控制的基本结构,并对导致转矩脉动的因素进行了理论分析,说明了定子电流畸变的原因。针对上述问题,给出了一种通过细化电压矢量合成扇区和开关信号选择表,优化定子磁链补偿电压的改进方法。这种改进方法简单,便于实现。通过仿真验证,结果表明系统的动静态性能得到了改善,降低了转矩脉动,基本解决了低速时定子磁链轨迹的“内陷”问题,减少了定子电流谐波。
【Abstract】 This paper firstly introduces the basic structure of conventional Direct Torque Control (DTC), and theoretically analyses the factors that cause torque ripple, and explains the distortion of stator current. To solve these problems, a modified method is presented, which subdivides the voltage vector sectors and switching signal selection table, and optimized stator flux compensating voltage. It is simple and easy to implement. Via simulation. the result indicates that static and dynamic performance of the system is improved and torque ripple is decreased. Moreover, the problem of stator flux depression, in low speed, is improved, and the harmonic of stator current declines.
