基于分级模糊递阶逼近的直线电机位置伺服控制系统与策略

【摘要】 本文提出了基于DSP的永磁同步直线电机全数字伺服控制与驱动系统。对模糊递阶分级逼近的直线电机位置伺服控制策略进行了研究,提出了基于模糊递阶分级逼近的自适应PID控制策略。根据输出变量的不同误差等级进行分级模糊控制和稳态值输出切换, 以便在直线电机位置控制中的不同阶段采取不同的控制模式。实验结果表明,所提出的基于模糊递阶分级逼近的直线电机位置伺服控制策略具有定位动静态性能好和定位精度高等优点。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the DSP-based all-digital servo and driving system for the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor is proposed. A positioning servo control system and strategies for the linear motors based on fuzzy hierarchical approach are studied and a fuzzy hierarchical approach adaptive PID control strategies is proposed. According to the deferent error hierarchy of the output variables, the hierarchical fuzzy control and the steady state output is switched over. So, the different control models are adopted corresponding to the deferent stages of the positioning servo coatrol of the linear motor. It is shown by experiment results that such a proposed positioning servo control system and strategies for the permanent magnet synchronous linear motors based on fuzzy hierarchical approach has better dynamic and static performance and high positioning precision.
