无刷直流电机转矩脉动抑制策略研究
Control Strategies to Reduce the Commutation Torque Ripples in Brushless DC Motors

【摘要】 传统的无刷直流电机控制方法存在转矩脉动较大的缺点,限制了其在高性能驱动系统中的推广应用.通过对无刷直流电机换向过程的瞬态分析,针对转矩脉动产生的原因,提出了两种抑制换向转矩脉动的控制方案:非换向相电流不变法和转矩脉动最小法,通过控制电压给定强迫三相电流沿理想轨迹滑至换向后的稳定工作点,使得换向过程中转矩值即相电流与电机反电势标量积变化率为最小。仿真及实验结果验证了该控制策略的正确性.如果采用运算简单的非换向相电流不变策略控制,可将换向转矩波动限制在5%的范围,而采用转矩脉动最小方案则可消除换向转矩脉动.
【Abstract】 The traditional control methods of brushless DC motors lead to greater commutation toque ripples, which restrict its application range. Through a detailed analysis of commutation process of brushless DC motor, this paper develops two new control methods to decrease the amplitude of the commutation torque ripples, which are the methods of not changing non-commutation phase current and minimizing the toque ripples. Controlling the given voltage compels three phase currents to slip to steady points after commutation, and makes the torque value, the scalar product of phase currents and electromotive force become minimal. The simulation and experimental results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the new control strategies. With the first method the toque ripples can be limited in the range of 5%, if the method minimizing the toque ripples is adopted, it can ebmilate the commutation toque ripples.
