永磁直线同步电动机初级绕组的磁势分析

【摘要】 本文采用绕组函数理论与电流对称分量法结合的方法对具有端部半填槽的永磁直线同步电动机(PMLSM)初级绕组的磁势进行分析。PMLSM是一种高效、节能的新型电机,在交通运输系统、工业机床等领域得到了广泛的应用。但是,PMLSM的电枢铁芯、初级绕组、永磁体结构开断所造成的边端效应、端部半填槽等问题的存在,导致了PMLSM初级绕组边端磁势发生了畸变。对PMLSM初级绕组磁势进行深入的研究,有助于PMLSM稳态、暂态特性的分析。
【Abstract】 The paper present windings function theory and symmetry element method to analyze MMF ofprimary windings of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) with half-filled slot. PMLSM is anew type of high efficient motor, which has good performance and can be found in many applications fromtransportation system to industrial machine tools. However, there are end effect, half-filled slot, which causedby the armature, windings and the PM discontinuous on their structure leading to change heavily for MMF ofthe end of primary windings of PMLSM. Studying MMF of the end of primary windings of PMLSMsteady-state and transient performance of PMLSM is available to be analyzed.
