直线同步永磁电励混合式电动机的研究
Research on Hybrid Linear Synchronous Motor with Permanent Magnet and Electromagnetic Excitation

【摘要】 本文将永磁材料应用于直线同步电机励磁系统,得到了直线同步永磁电励混合式电动机。经过对其等效磁路的分析,说明了该电机的特性,并详细阐述了设计步骤和要点。接着建立了dq0坐标系统下的电机模型,通过仿真得到了该新型电机和直线同步电励磁电机的电磁推力,与相应的实验结果进行了对比,仿真结果与实验结果基本吻合,表明直线同步永磁电励混合式电机推力大而且灵活可调,兼具有永磁直线同步电机和电励磁直线同步电机的优点,能够显著改善电机的运行性能。
【Abstract】 Abstract: A novel hybrid linear synchronous motors (LSM) was introduced for adding permanent magnetto electromagnetic excitation LSM. The secondary of this novel motor had evenly distributed permanentmagnets and electric excitation windings. A model based on dq0-coordinate system was erected in order toobtain the thrusts of this novel motor and electromagnetic excitation LSM. The prototype motors also suppliedthe same results. The coincidence of simulation results and experimental results shows the thrust of this hybridLSM is high and flexible. It has the advantages of both permanent magnet LSM and electromagnetic excitationLSM, which improves it’s operation performance remarkably.
