炭/炭复合材料磷酸盐涂层的抗氧化性能研究

【摘要】 涂层是防止飞机刹车副用炭/发(C/C)复合材料在刹车过程中氧化的有效途径。本文研究了以磷酸、氧化硅和磷酸盐等为原料所制备的磷酸盐涂层的抗氧化性能,结果表明:涂覆有涂层的C/C复合材料在700℃氧化66小时后。其氧化失重率仅为1.11%;涂层试样在1200℃氧化5分钟后,失重率不超过0.8%:烃900℃。3min室温,2min100次热震后,涂层试件失重率为1.6%。在试验过程中,涂层与基体结合牢固,一直保持完好,没有刺落,说明该涂料具有耐高温、热稳定性好等优点,适合作为C/C复合材料航空刹车副表面防氧化涂层。
【Abstract】 Coating is an efficient technique to protect carbon/carbon (C/C) composites for airplane brake from oxidation. In this work, the anti-oxidation property of the phosphate glass coating with the compositions of phosphoric acid, boron oxide, silicon oxide and several phosphates have been studied. The results showed that the weight loss percent of the coated samples were only 1.11% at 700℃ for 66h and less than 0.8% at 1200℃ for 5min at atmosphere respectively. The weight loss percent was 1.6% under thermal shock condition from 900℃ to 25℃ for 100 times, which indicated good adhesion between the phosphate glass coating and C/C substrate. The as-achievad coating was characterized by the dense structure with the SEM analysis and could provided C/C with the abilities of high temperature resistant, which can be used as the protection coating of C/C composites for airplane brake.
