高性能交流永磁同步电机伺服系统现状
The State-of-art of High-Performance AC Servo System Using PMSM

【摘要】 由于永磁同步电机(PMSM)矢量控制系统能够实现高精度、高动态性能、大范围的调速或定位控制,其在伺服场合得到广泛的应用。本文介绍了永磁同步电机的数学模型,各种电流控制策略,并给出了一种数字化PMSM伺服系统总体设计方案,和其仿真和实验波形。无速度传感器永磁同步电机控制系统是现在研究的一个热点,本文同时介绍了各种检测永磁同步电机转速和转子位置的方法,并介绍了各种方法的优缺点和所适用的情况。
【Abstract】 Since PMSM vector control system can achieve high-precision, high-dynamic performance, speed and position control, it has been used widely in servo system. In this paper, the model of PMSM and various current control strategies are introduced. A design scheme of a fully digital PMSM servo system is presented as well as the simulation and experimental results. Furthermore, number of methods of speed sensor-less vector control of PMSM are introduced, and the merits and disadvantages of each method are also explained.
