苯并噁嗪改性二苯醚玻璃布层压板的制备及性能

【摘要】 论文介绍了一种改性二苯醚树脂的合成及其玻璃布层压板的制备方法,并对其性能进行了全面测试。试验结果表明,采用苯并(口恶)嗪改性二苯醚树脂制备的玻璃布层压板其工艺性优于苯酚改性二苯醚树脂,为二苯醚的改性提供了一种新的方法,使产品成本较低,可以用作H级绝缘材料,具有广阔的市场前景。
【Abstract】 Abstract; The paper describes the synthesis of diphenylether resin modified with benzoxazine, and the method of making glass cloth laminated sheet with the resin. All of the properties about the sheet were tested. The experimental results show that the techniques of making benzoxazine-modified diphenylether glass cloth laminated sheet is better than that of phenol-modified diphenylether glass cloth laminated sheet, and supplies a new method for modification of diphenylether resin. The sheet can be used as H insulating material, and its cost is relatively low , it therefore has a vastitude for market.
