勘探开发一体化运行机制研究

【摘要】 勘探开发一体化是适应知识化与信息化时代,加速油气资源开发,提高投资效率和增加企业效益的新理念。勘探开发一体化,就是在油田开发中,将原先彼此分散、独立的勘探与开发紧密结合起来,视勘探、开发为一个有机的整体,勘探向开发延伸,开发向勘探渗透,变前后接力为互相渗透,二者相互协调,相互配合,共同完成石油资源储量向石油产量的转化。它既是勘探的后向一体化,也是开发的前向一体化。文中对勘探开发一体化进行了系统工程分析,形成了系统概念框架,给出了勘探开发一体化系统的科学含义。建立并完善了勘探开发一体化系统运行机制及地质-工程-经济相协同的勘探与开发协调机制。把勘探项目管理与现代油藏经营有机结合,形成勘探开发一体化运行的基本构架。更多还原

【Abstract】 The integration of the exploration and the exploitation, is a new idea that meets the requirements of the era of knowledge and information, accelerates the development of the oil/gas field, and enhances the profits of the energy corporation.Integration of the exploration and the exploitation is then studied as a systemic object, and the scientific explanation of the conception is given using the principle of the systematic engineering, which means extends of the exploration to the development as well as the penetration of the exploitation to the exploration. Thus, integration of the exploration and the exploitation turns out to be a forward integration of the exploration and a backward integration of the exploitation. The basic framework of the running mechanism is formed by combining the management of the exploration project with the modern reservoir business. The accordance mechanism of the integration of the exploration and the exploitation is also constructed, and the core of the accordance mechanism of the system is found to be the cooperation of geology, engineering and economy. Effectively coordination of the exploration, exploitation and the operation is the foundation of the system, penetration between the exploration and the exploitation is the core of the running mechanism.更多还原
