土壤养分对作物茎叶稳定碳同位素分辨率和生物产量的影响

【摘要】 <正> 在盆栽条件下,对甘肃省河西地区三个灌漠土的养分限制因子进行了研究,并在此基础上对高粱茎叶组织稳定碳同位素分辨率(δ13C)和生物产量进行了比较分析。结果表明:①三土壤的养分限制因子分别为:金昌小井子农场土壤为P、N、Mn、Zn,各元素缺乏程度为P>Mn>Zn>N;武威湖里土壤主要缺P、N、各元素缺乏程度为P>N;武威白云土壤养分限制因子为N、Zn、Mn,缺素顺序为N>Zn>Mn。②作物茎叶δ13C值的变化规律为:三个土壤的最佳处理(OPT)的作物茎叶δ13C值均高于各自的其余处理,小井子农场、武威湖里及武威白云作物茎叶组织的δ13C值分别为-12.016‰,-12.26‰及-12.305‰,

【Abstract】 Using the data obtained from experiment conducted in pots, we analyed the status of soil nutrient and the relationship between carbon isotope discrimination in crop and crop biomass under different soil nutrient content. Research results show: (1)The nutrient limited factors are P, N, Mn and Zn and the order of deficient nutrient is P>Mn>Zn>N in Xiaojingzi farm soil in Jinchang. P and N fertilizers are limited factors in Huli soil in Wuwei. In Baiyun soil of Wuwei, N, Zn and Mn are the limited factors and the order is N>Zn>Mn. (2) The changes of δ 13C vaules of sorghum leaf and stem in three soils are fellowed: compared with other treatments in three soils, the δ13C vaules of OPT treatments are all highest. The δ13C vaules of sorghum in XiaoJingzi farm, WuWei HuLI and WuWei BaiYu are -12.016‰, -12.26‰ and -12.305‰ respectively. It suggested that under the optimal nutrient condition the plant grows enough and the δ13C is highest among the all treatments. Among all the no-added ample nutrient treatments, the biomasses are droping with the decrements of the δ13C vaules and it showes that nutrient deficiency leads to the decrement of the crop biomass and the δ13C values. In added treatments, the connection between crop biomass and carbon isotope discrimination was complex.
