基于ANSYS软件的钻杆扭转振动分析

【摘要】 钻杆是钻进工程中十分重要的部件,解析法难以完成精确地和全面地认识钻杆的任务,ANSYS大型软件却提供了可能。以钻杆的扭振为切入点,用ANSYS软件对2 0 0 0m以内钻杆在垂直孔、不考虑接头影响和忽略钻头几何尺寸条件下的整体扭转振动进行分析,得到钻杆壁厚、钻杆长度、钻铤长度对固有频率的影响及具有意义的一些认识,同时获得钻杆柱扭转振动的一、二、三、四阶固有振型
【Abstract】 Drilling pipes are very important parts in drilling. It is difficult to full and precisely know the conditions of drill pipes using analytical methods. But software ANSYS makes that possible. The relationship between the intrinsic frequency of drilling string and wall thickness of drill pipes, length of drill collars, length of drill pipes are gained by analyzing the torsional vibration of drilling string, using software ANSYS, under following conditions: within 2000 m straight borehole; ignoring the effects of tool joint, size of drill bits. Meanwhile one to four step intrinsic frequency of drilling string torsional vibration are gained.
