油压垂直夯管设备的研制及应用

【摘要】 采用大功率油压夯管锤,研制相匹配的油压动力站、联接盘、导正装置及张紧机构,用于钢管基础(或护筒)的垂直夯入,摸索该施工技术的工艺方法及管靴结构。实践表明,该技术具有高效、优质、工期短、成本低的优点,可广泛推广应用
【Abstract】 High power hydraulic pipe ramming hammer, hydraulic power station, joint disk, guide device, and patulous mechanism were developed to ram steel pipes or casings vertically into ground. The configuration of pipe shoe and application methods of the construction technology were tried to find out. Practice shown that the technology has advantages of high efficiency, high quality, low cost, short time limit for a project, and so on. It can be popularized.
