八氯丙烷在实验条件下的动态重结晶和组构的发育

【摘要】 对八氯丙烷在纯剪切条件下变形实验的详细观察表明,重结晶颗粒的大小及拉伸度与变形时的温度和应变速率有关。在低温和高应变速率条件下,颗粒粒度逐渐减小,拉伸度加大;反之,颗粒粒度及拉伸度的变化则不明显。变形实验也表明,组构的发育过程是颗粒位移、迁移重结晶、晶内物质扩散、颗粒旋转、压溶、局部颗粒边界滑移以及塑性物质片流等作用的综合效应。

【Abstract】 Detailed observation on experimental deformations octachloropropane (hereafter called OCP.for convenience)at pure shear condition indicates that the recrystallized grain size and elongation depend upon temperature and strain rate.At lower temperature and higher strain rate,the grain size is gradually decreased and the grain shape is gradually elongated,whereas the change of grain in size and shape is unremarkable at higher tempera- ture,and lower strain rate.The migration recrystallization dominates in the dynamic recrystallization in OCP,and is accompanied with rotation recrys- tallization.The recrystallization maimer is related to temperature and strain rate during its deformation and recrystallization.The experiments also suggest that microstructures in OCP are synthetic product of its grain displacement, elongation,migration recrystallization,mass diffusion in crystals,grain rota- tion,pressure solution,located grain boundary sliding and laminar flowing of plastic material.The above-mentioned deformation mechanisms contribute respectively to the microstruetures at the different stages of deformation and recrystallization.
