岩矿样品X射线荧光分析中多元素体系理论α系数的计算和应用

【摘要】 本文提出了岩矿样品 X 射线荧光分析中多元素体系的理论α系数的一种计算方法。假设试样由 n 个组分组成,其各组分平均含量为(?)((?)=1,2,3,…k, ……n);然后假设某一组分的含量(?)相对于平均含量(?)有一微小变化量△C, 并使每个组分相应变化一次.用基本参数法方程计算理论 X 射线相对强度,再按一定的数学模式计算相应的基本α系数,混合α系数和修正α系数。以实例计算了用于地质样品分析的各种理论α系数,应用于实际分析中结果令人满意。

【Abstract】 The present paper discusses a method of calculation of theoretical Alpha coefficients for X-Ray Fluorescence analysis of rock and mineral samples of multi-element system.The calculation of theoretical Alpha coefficients is basiclly a three-step process. As the first step,we suppose that samples are consist of n compo- nents and average concentration value of n components for samples is (?)(j=1,2,3,……k,……n).Supposing that the concentration of one component among them changes from(?)into(?)+Δc,correspondingly, we can convert the concentration of each component of samples.As the second step,the theoretical X-Ray Fluorescence relative intensity of the given components(multi-elements system)are calculated by using the fundamental paramenter equation.As the third step,the theoretical basic Alpha,hybrid Alpha and modified Alpha coefficients are calculated by using the formula derived from Laehanee-Traill(L-T)equation. As an example,in this paper we calculate the theoretical Alpha co- efficients(basic,hybrid and modified)of rock and mineral samples of mu- Iti-element system.The result of calculation shows that the(?)value for different element is:Na-0.05,Mg-0.05,A1-0.10,Si-0.58,P-0.005,S-0.005, K-0.05,Ca-0.05,Ti-0.005,Mn-0.005,Fe-0,10,Δc value is 0.01;Si compo- nent is selected as egquilibrium component(?).Different Alpha coeffici- ents suggested are presented in this paper,The result of analysis obtained after mathematical correction of matrix effect of samples(fused glass discs and pressed powder pellets)by above-mentioned theoretical Alpha coeffic- ients is quite satisfactory.
