低水头混流式水轮机叶道涡引起的噪声及其消除
Noise Reduction in a Low Head Francis Turbine Caused by Runner Inter-blade Vortices

【摘要】 龚嘴电站于上世纪70年代建成,装有7台低水头混流式机组。2004年在完成该电站1#、5# 机增容改造后,单机容量由100MW 增加到110MW。然而,改造后的水轮机在空载和低负荷运行时出现了严重噪声。本文介绍了为解决该电站水轮机存在的异常噪声问题所进行的 CFD 分析、模型试验和原型实测。理论分析和模型及原型试验结果表明,噪声产生的根源在于水轮机空载和低负荷运行时转轮的叶道涡。通过不同补气方式的模型和原型试验研究,最终找到了消除噪声的最佳解决方案,并在电站成功实施。
【Abstract】 GONGZUI Hydropower Project on DADU River in the southwest of China was built in 70’s last century.Seven Francis turbines rated at 102MW each were installed.Two of these tur- bines (Units 1,5) were rehabilitated by the replacement of runner and wicket gates etc.in 2004. The rated power of the rehabilitated turbine at a rated net head of 44m has been increased to 112. 6MW.However,the rehabilitated turbine produced severe abnormal noise at low loads ranging from 0MW (no load) to 40MW.This paper presents CFD analysis,physical model test and site measure- ment carried out on the rehabilitated turbine in order to detect the root cause of the disturbing noise and find the cure measures.The results demonstrate that the root reason for the disturbing noise is the development of inter-blade vortices in runner at low load operation.After the different kinds of air admission test were carried both on the physical model and on site,the best cure measure to fully remove the disturbing noise was found and the normal operation was successfully restored.
