“Q因子”在超临界600MW机组设计中的应用

【摘要】 超临界600MW汽轮发电机组是国内首台大型超临界机组,设计分析难度很大,本文针对超临界600MW汽轮发电机组轴系,采用国际上通用的不平衡响应及共振转速峰值响应灵敏度Q因子(Qfactor)进行计算和分析及评价。
【Abstract】 The 600MW supercritical turbine-generator unit is the first domestic unit of large supercritical turbine-generator, the design and analysis of which is very difficult. This paper states that the rotor system of 600MW supercritical turbine-generator unit adopts the internationally commonly used unbalance response and “Q factor” to perform calculation, analysis and evaluation.
