XRD分析铝基铜吸附剂硫化性能

【摘要】 论文主要研究铝基铜吸附剂对烟气中硫氧化物的吸附性能。论文介绍了制备DS01型铝基氧化铜脱硫剂的方法,并对脱硫剂进行了烟气循环脱硫-再生的实验,并采用XRD分析了吸附剂的硫化性能。热态实验和测试分析表明,DS01型铝基氧化铜吸附剂硫化性能稳定;含量6.2%CuO的吸附剂在X-射线衍射图谱上没有发现CuO晶相,表明吸附剂表面出现单层分散;使用该脱硫剂进行烟气多次循环脱硫CuO微晶粒并没有发生明显的团聚现象,表明吸附剂多次循环使用活性不减。
【Abstract】 Desulfurization characteristic of alumina supported copper oxide sorbents has been studied in this paper. The preparation method of alumina supported copper oxide sorbents named DS01 was introduced, and a series cycle of desulfurization-regeneration tests were made by using these sorbents. The fluence of surface microstructure of sorbents on desulfurization and regeneration was also analyzed by XRD. The results show that desulfurization characteristic of DS01 sorbents are stabilization. CuO Crystal has not been found in alumina based 6.2% CuO sorbent by XRD analysis. This means it is monolayer structure of CuO on sorbents surface. Crystal grain has not been found reunited after a series cycle of desulfurization-regeneration tests. Flue gas desulfurization by these sorbents are effective and viable.
