大惯性、大滞后过程的模糊控制算法设计分析

【摘要】 文章针对工业生产过程中常见的具有大惯性、大滞后等特性的被控对象,引入了鲁棒性较强的模糊控制算法,并结合对象特性详细分析了模糊控制器的设计思路及过程。同时针对模糊控制算法稳态精度不高的特点,设计了Fuzzy-PID复合控制器,仿真结果表明,所设计的控制算法优于经典的Ziegler-Nichols整定方法,具有良好的动态和稳态控制效果。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the familiar controlled objects in the industrial process which have much inertia and delay time,This paper introduces a strong robust fuzzy control algorithm,and then,analyzes the designing method and process in detail by considering the object properties。At the same time,this paper designs a Fuzzy-PID hybrid controller aiming at the characteristic that the Fuzzy control algorithm has a low steady-state precision。The simulation result indicates that the designed control algorithm is superior to the classic Ziegler-Nichols setting method,and it has good dynamic and steady-state control effect。
