负压法在风机轴承箱密封中的应用

【摘要】 分析了风机轴承箱传统密封方法的基本特性,提出了一种高效可行的密封方法—负压法,并对其原理进行了理论分析。风机轴承箱漏油属于环型轴向缝隙流动模型,将轴承箱通过导管与风机入口适当位置连通,则轴承箱油腔相对与外界处于微负压。根据密封流体力学采取微元体分析方法,利用轴承箱内的负压平衡轴承旋转所产生的离心力,当轴承箱缝隙两侧的压差?p<0时,风机轴承箱无润滑油泄漏现象发生。同时,得到了润滑油无泄漏条件下的风机轴承旋转角速度?与轴承箱内负压的基本关系。最后,介绍了负压法密封的一个工程应用实例。

【Abstract】 Normal methods of induced fan bearing box sealing are briefly presented, and the theory of sealing fluid dynamic is introduced. The mechanism of negative pressure used in bearing box sealing is analyzed. The lubricating oil leaking of bearing box belongs to loop aperture flowing model. Connecting the bearing box to the entrance of induced fan, the pressure of bearing box is negative. Based on sealing fluid dynamic, applying unit analyzing method, the centrifugal force produced by bearing circulating is balanced by negative pressure. When the discrepancy of pressure less than zero, the bearing box sealing come true. The same time, under the condition of bearing box sealing, the basic relation of negative pressure and velocity of induced fan box is presented. In the end, a project case of bearing box sealing modification using negative pressure is given.
