无叶扩压器轮盖侧加装导叶的改进方法

【摘要】 利用三维粘性流场计算软件Fine/Turbo,在研究分析某单级高压比离心压缩机无叶扩压器性能的基础上,为提高其性能,对无叶扩压器的结构进行改进,尝试采用在无叶扩压器轮盖侧加装进口角度一定、出口角度随半径增加逐渐增加、一定高度的部分导叶片的方法;并对改进后的扩压器内部流场进行详细地计算分析,结果表明:其内部的不均匀流动得到显著改善,自身的压力恢复系数和多变效率也得以明显提高,同时离心压缩机的整级性能也得到相应提高。

【Abstract】 On the basis of the investigation of a vaneless diffuser of a single stage centrifugal compressor, a new method of improving the performance of the vaneless diffuser is presented and applied, namely adopting a diffuser equipped with a shroud airfoil-vane with certain height and inlet angle, increasing outlet angle along the radius,using a 3D viscous flow field computing software Fine/Turbo. According to the detailed computing results, it is showed that the flow characteristics in the shroud airfoil-vane diffuser is better than that in a vaneless diffuser, and it is proved that the pressure recovery factor and polytropic efficiency of the shroud airfoil-vane diffuser can be enhanced evidently, as well as the performance of a singel stage centrifugal compressor.
