改进型多级闪蒸海水淡化系统的经济性研究

【摘要】 本文结合多级闪蒸海水淡化技术(MSF)和低温多效蒸馏海水淡化技术(LT-MED)的优点,提出了一种改进型多级闪蒸海水淡化系统(MSF-E),并从理论上研究了MSF-E系统的造水比、年度化平均淡水成本等经济性指标。研究结果表明,与现有MSF装置进行对比,在引出质量份额从0增加到理论最大值0.743时,造水比可提高42.6%,同时年度化平均淡水成本可下降41.3%,证明MSF-E系统有较大的实用价值和应用前景。

【Abstract】 A improved desalination system (Enhanced Multi-Stage Flash, MSF-E) was proposed which considered the advantages of Multi-Stage Flash System (MSF) and Low Temperature Multiple Effect Desalination System (LT-MED). The economical parameters of MSF-E system which are performance ratio and average year fresh water cost were analyzed theoretically. The research results show that the performance ratio could be increased by 42.6% and the year average fresh water cost could be reduced by 41.3% in comparison with conventional MSF system when the flash steam quotient increased from 0 to be its maximum value 0.743, which proves that the MSF-E system has practical value and applied foreground.
