热电冷联供系统节能效益评价与分析

【摘要】 本文提出了热电冷联供系统与压缩式制冷系统相比是否节能的三个评价指标,当量热力系数、等效燃料利用系数和单位冷量节煤量。通过实例分析计算得到不同蒸汽初参数对热电冷联供系统是否节能的评价结果,并对系统节能情况的影响因素进行了节能效益评价分析。计算结果表明,提出的三个评价指标用于判断热电冷联供系统相比压缩式制冷系统是否节能的结论是一致的。得到在汽轮机排汽背压相同的情况下,热电冷联供系统是否节能与蒸汽初参数、电网供电煤耗率、发电效率、压缩式制冷系数等影响因素有关,热电冷联供系统相比压缩式制冷系统是否节能是有条件的。

【Abstract】 This article proposed three energy conservation appraisal targets of the heat, power and cold tri-generation unit. These targets are Equivalent thermal energy coefficient, equivalent fuel utilization parameter and coal economy parameter. Through analysis and calculation of a real example, the result whether the tri-generation unit is energy conserved under different beginning steam pressure is obtained. And the influence on unit’s energy conservation condition is analyzed. The calculation result shows that the three appraisal targets can estimate whether the compressor refrigeration system is energy conserved compared with tri-generation unit and they reach the same result. Under the same turbine exerting back pressure, whether the tri-generation unit is energy conserved is influenced by the beginning parameter of the steam, electricity generation coal consume rate, electricity generation coefficient and compressor’s refrigeration coefficient etc. It is obtained that whether energy of tri-generation unit is conserved compared with compressor refrigeration has its condition.
