火电厂直接空冷机组乏汽低品位热能的利用

【摘要】 提出了一种方法,来利用火电厂空冷机组乏汽所携带的低品位热能。利用乏汽加热空气,形成热空气流,在烟囱中膨胀上升。一方面省去了空冷机组的驱动风机,节约了电能;另一方面空气以一定的速度推动透平转动,带动发电机发电,实现乏汽携带低品位热能的利用,热空气被带到高空也降低了环境的热污染。空气进口和烟囱顶部的空气出口设计成渐缩型,可以提高空气入口速度,减小空气出口阻力,利用了地表和高空的风能,其作用相当于提高烟囱的高度。理论分析表明乏汽热能利用的理论效率与烟囱高度成正比,把烟囱高度设计为250-1500m,直径43.2-63.5m,则理论利用效率为0.85%-5.08%。对于600MW机组,发电功率5.85-34.74MW,年节省标煤11500.0-29430.1t。图5表2参10

【Abstract】 A method to reuse the waste heat is set forth. When air is heated by exhaust steam, it expands and rises in a high chimney automatically at a certain velocity. The results are that the turbines for driving cooling air can be elided and the power is saved, at the same time the rising hot air drives turbine to generate electricity. The hot air escapes into the sky from the exit at the top of the chimney. Therefore, it reduces greenhouse effect on the environment. Air inlet and outlet are designed to be streamline to improve the air velocity, which is equivalent to increase the height of the chimney. The using rate of the low-grade heat energy is theoretically proportional to the height of the chimney. The generating power ranges from 5.85 to 34.74MW when the chimney is from 250 to 1500 meters high, and 11500.0 to29430.1 tons of standard coal per year is saved for a unit of 600 MW.
