管道系统中的安装效应分析

【摘要】 针对管道计算中因相邻组件存在的安装效应而使实际管道计算结果偏离设计标准的问题,利用FLUENT数值计算软件对阀门与弯管、阀门与渐扩管等不同组件组合的安装形式进行了计算和分析,结果表明,在不同的安装形式下,相邻组件不总是随被分开的距离越远而压力损失越小,它有其自身的变化趋势;正确安装某些组件可在此组件运行中节能8%左右。
【Abstract】 The results of pipeline in real calculation are often different from the design standard, because installation effects exit between the two near subassemblies. The paper use the numerical software named FLUENT to calculate some different installation forms, such as valves and syphon, valves and nozzle and so on. Results make known that the loss is not always as less as smaller distance between the near subassemblies. It has its own changing direction. Installation some of the subassemblies correctly can save energy about 8% in these subassemblies function.
