【摘要】 近年来国内供电局势十分紧张,解决途径除新增装机容量外,在现有条件下通过改善电能质量减少发电、输电和用电环节的能源浪费也是一个好方法。电能质量问题早已引起人们注意,但基本上都是从用电设备安全等角度去考虑。电能质量的好坏除了影响用电设备安全和效率外,还会对发电和输电设备效率等产生很大影响,进而造成巨大能源浪费。文章总结了引起电能质量恶化的电污染的主要形式和引起电污染的原因,并从电压偏移、系统频率偏差、三相不平衡和波形失真等四方面分析了电能质量恶化在发电、输电和用电环节上造成能源浪费的机理和当前提高电能质量的主要措施。通过加强电力质量的管理,可以更经济有效地缓解供电压力,减少能源浪费。

【Abstract】 Electric power supply has been becoming more and more tensional in recent years. For lessening the situation we can improve electric power quality to save energy in the power generation, transmission and consumption except building more power plants. People realized the problem of electric power quality years ago but for the safety and efficiency of electric appliance, but actually it also affect the efficiency of power generation and transmission equipments and waste much energy. This paper summarizes the Electric power pollutions and analyses mechanism of energy waste caused by bad electric power quality in the power generation, transmission and consumption process and its prevention means. If we can manage and improve the quality of power, then we will lessen the pressure of power supply economically and it is a good way for the electric industry nowadays and for future.
