汽轮机高压内缸径向变形趋势的探讨

【摘要】 以300MW汽轮机组为对象,对高压内缸进行几种典型工况的分析计算,得出了高压内缸在不同工况下的径向变形趋势并分析了变形原因。在汽轮机启机过程中,汽缸呈现立椭圆变形,在停机过程中,汽缸呈现扁椭圆变形,当汽轮机下缸存有水膜时,加剧了汽缸的立椭圆变形。分析结果发现由于法兰的厚度比汽缸壁的厚度大的多,刚度也比汽缸壁大很多,因此法兰的变形对整个汽缸的变形起主导作用。所得结论可以为汽缸径向变形的预防和监测提供参考。

【Abstract】 Based on the 300MW unit, calculations of high pressure inner cylinder on different typical conditions are carried out, and the deformation trends are concluded. Vertical elliptical deformation of cylinder is found when the turbine starts up and flat elliptical deformation of cylinder is found on shutdown, while Vertical elliptical deformation would be intensified if there is water film on the lower cylinder. Researches find that, due to the fact that both the thickness and the stiffness of the flange are greater than those of the cylinder wall, the deformation of the cylinder is mainly resulted from the flange. These results will give reference to the monitoring and prevention of the radial deformation on the cylinder.
