汽轮机通流部分数值模拟与分析

【摘要】 文章对某型工业汽轮机的内部复杂流场进行数值模拟.计算采用Jameson的中心差分格式,Spalart—Allmaras代数湍流模型求解雷诺平均N—S方程,得到了汽轮机通流部分三维复杂流场中参数分布的详细情况和流动特点,在对流场进行分析的基础上,提出了提高汽轮机效率的初步方案,为汽轮机的性能提高提供了参考。
【Abstract】 The numerical simulation and analysis of the flow in an Industrial Steam Turbine driving a feed water pump were presented in this paper. Jameson’s Central discretization and Spalart— Allmaras algebraid turbulent model were used to solve the time-average N-S Equation in the numerical simulation. The complete 3D viscous flows field inside the turbine stages and the main features of the flow were obtained and analyzed. Based on the analysis, methods to improve the efficiency of the machine were proposed. It may provide some references for the improvement of the performance of the machine with numerical experiments.
