微型燃机回热器全程通道三维数值模拟

【摘要】 对波纹状微型燃机一次表面回热器(PSR)全程通道的换热特性和压力损失进行了三维数值模拟分析,并与采用经验公式的计算结果进行了比较。数值模拟表明,在一定的雷诺数范围内,关于表面努塞尔特数和压力损失值,数值模拟和经验公式计算结果较吻合,在此范围之外,两者计算结果偏差较大;PSR的换热特性和压力损失值与换热介质温度、通道宽高比以及雷诺数有关;总传热系数随雷诺数的增加而略有增加,压力损失随雷诺数增加明显;当回热器部分流量工作时,回热度升高。

【Abstract】 The heat transfer and pressure drop of the entire flow channel of primary surface recuperator (PSR) were studied using 3-D numerical simulation. The results were compared with those data by experiential formula. The simulation showed that between Reynolds number range 600 to 800, Nusselt number and pressure drop results by simulation were close to those by experience. The heat transferring characteristics and pressure drop were related to the system temperature, pitch-to-height ratio and Reynolds number. The heat transferring enhanced slowly and the pressure loss increased obviously as Reynolds number increasing. The efficiency of the recuperator was enhanced when flux decreased..
