工业型煤技术发展概况及其分析

【摘要】 当前我国大量直接燃用散煤的工业锅炉不仅燃烧效率低,而且排放的大量SO2和烟尘造成了严重的大气污染。针对工业锅炉的洁净型煤技术不仅可以实现在无需除尘和脱硫设备的情况下大大减少SO2和烟尘的排放,还可以通过混配适当的添加剂充分改善燃煤的燃烧特性,提高工业锅炉的燃烧效率。粘结剂和固硫剂等添加剂是型煤技术的关键,本文从粘结机理和影响固硫效率的因素入手,分析了如何提高型煤的冷机械强度、热稳定性和固硫率等技术指标。探讨了型煤技术的各方面优点以及目前的发展现状,并从生产、市场和环保经济性角度分析了以型煤取代散煤作为工业锅炉燃料的可行性。
【Abstract】 There are still a great many industrial boilers in China directly combusting the raw coal, which efficiency is quite low, and the exhausted great deal of sulfur dioxide and flue dust severely pollute the atmosphere environment. The clean coal briquette technology for industrial boilers can not only greatly reduce the emission of sulfur dioxide and flue dust without any desulfurization equipment and dust collector installed, but also improve the combustion properties of coal. The additives including binder, sulfur catcher are the keys of coal briquette technology. How to improve the technical index of mechanical intensity, thermo stability and sulfur capture efficiency is analyzed in detail by studying the combining mechanism and effective factors of sulfur capture. The advantages and current development of coal briquette technology are also discussed. In the view of manufacture, market and economics, the feasibility of coal briquette technology is also analyzed.
