石灰和石灰石反应特性研究
Investigations on Reactive Characteristics of Lime and Limestone Wet Desulfurization

【摘要】 本文采用热天平对石灰和石灰石CaO/CaCO3浆液吸收二氧化硫(SO2)的反应特性进行深入研究。通过对SO2增重曲线的分析,应用非等温法求解出CaO和CaCO3脱硫反应的动力学方程,揭示了石灰和石灰石浆液吸收SO2过程的反应机理。研究结果表明,石灰/石灰石浆液吸收SO2的过程是一个受传质和化学反应两方面控制的过程。
【Abstract】 The reactive characteristics of CaO/CaCO3 alkaline slurry absorbing SO2 has been investigatied by thermogravimetrical analysis.The final chemical kinetic equation has been obtained by applying the non-isothermal method based on SO2 absorbing curve analysis.The result shows that lime/lime stone slurry absorbing SO2 is a complex process that is influenced by the two aspects:mass transfer and chemical reaction.
