入口角对等离子体煤气化反应率的影响研究

【摘要】 本文使用STAR-CD的煤气化模块和化学反应模块对传统的等离子体煤气化反应器进行网格生成和计算分析。通过对反应器内部湍流、两相流动和化学反应等复杂流动现象进行数值模拟,探讨不同等离子体入口角度对传统等离子体反应器内部流动的影响。数值分析结果表明:等离子体入口角度不同对传统等离子体煤气化反应器内部流动有较大影响。
【Abstract】 Numerical simulation of plasma reactor for coal gasification was presented in this paper, based on coal gasification models and chemical reaction models in the CFD commercial software STAR-CD. Complex phenomena, such as turbulent flow, two-phase flow and chemical reaction were included in the mathematic modeling. Numerical experimental results indicate that the in-flow angle of the plasma flow has a great effect on the flow inside plasma reactors and thus the ratio of the coal gasification.
