【摘要】 湘潭电厂1025t/h锅炉投产以来一直存在严重结焦问题,多次发生垮焦砸坏水冷管壁事故。为此从煤的燃烧特性和锅炉结构特性方面进行相关性分析,用锅炉常数作为煤种适应性的综合表征值,正确判断燃烧过程中可能产生的问题及原因,为改造提供依据。该分析方法同时对其它炉型也有借鉴作用。表9参4。

【Abstract】 It has occurred many times that the slag collapsed and smashed the water-cooling wall since Xiangtan power plant was put into production. In order to judge the problem and its cause during the boiler combustion, and to provide reference of improvement of the power plants, a correlation of coal combustion characteristics with the boiler construction features as well as the boiler constant which was used to evaluate the coal adaptability were conducted in this paper. This method can also be useful for other type boilers. tables 14,refs 4.
