两层不混溶液体中Bénard-Marangoni对流的实验研究

【摘要】 本文用PIV方法研究了由10号硅油与FC-70组成的两层不混溶流体体系中Bénard-Marangoni对流的速度场,并测量了不同厚度情况下液体发生对流的临界温差。同时采用数值模拟,计算了相应工况时液体对流的临界温差,实验与计算结果基本一致。实验模型是水平截面为100mm×40mm的矩形容器。实验介质由电阻膜加热,半导体致冷片、散热片以及风扇冷却。

【Abstract】 In the present paper, the digital particle image velocimetry was used to study velocity field of Benard-Marangoni convection in two immiscible liquid layers which was composed of 10cst silicon oil and FC-70. The critical temperature for onset of the convection was measured in different thickness. The numerical simulation results show agreement with experimental results in same boundary conditions. The test section is a rectangular tank with cross section 100mm×40mm. The experimental medium was heated by resistance film and refrigerated by Peltier elements.
