光子催化活化柴油的研究

【摘要】 用稀土废渣制成的协合材料在其自身光子催化活化作用下产生电子和离子,利用其辐射能来改变柴油的品质,柴油中的活性粒子自由基在无光照的条件下也有自由基信号,柴油的理化性质50%馏出温度降低、十六烷指数增加,黏度降低,这些指标的改变有利于柴油的充分燃烧,降低废气的排放。这说明这种方法能够活化柴油,提高柴油的活性。

【Abstract】 A synergy material mainly composed of rare-earth waste-residue powders was able to produce electrons and negative ions by its spontaneity radiation. The Radiation energy was used to improve the properties of diesel oil. The test results showed that the activated particles’ free radicals signals of the radiated diesel oil appeared obvious even without been illuminated by visible light. The parameters value of the physical-chemical property of the radiated diesel oil was influenced clearly. The Radiation led to the 50 percent distilled temperature of diesel oil lowered, the cetane index enhanced and the viscosity of diesel oil reduced, which played important roles in perfect combustion and exhaust emission reduced. The investigation indicated that the Radiation energy can be used to activate diesel oil, and improve its properties.
