聚酰亚胺/碳纳米管复合膜的制备及研究

【摘要】 由于聚酰亚胺和碳纳米管的优异性能,近年来,聚酰亚胺/碳纳米管复合材料有大量研究报道,但是其中一个显著的问题是碳纳米管容易发生团聚。本文设计了一种新型的聚酰亚胺/碳纳米管复合膜,利用聚硅氧烷修饰的碳纳米管通过原位聚合得到了分散性很好的两面异性的复合膜材料,并对此复合膜材料的性能进行了研究。
【Abstract】 Polyimides have been widely used in aerospace due to their excellent properties. There has been recent interest in development of CNTs based polymer composites because of their remarkable physical and mechanical properties. But CNTs are difficult to uniformly disperse in the polymer matrix. We designed a novel PI/CNTs composite film in this paper. The CNTs were modified by polysiloxane and the PI/CNTs composite was synthesized by situ polymerization. Then the properties of the composite film were studied in this paper.
