纳米8YSZ的超高压烧结及其导电性能的研究

【摘要】 通过溶胶-凝胶法合成了纳米8YSZ粉(8%(摩尔分数)Y2O3稳定的 ZrO2),并在4.5 GPa、1000℃下进行超高压烧结。超高压烧结时间很短,提高了样品的密度(≥92%),抑制了晶粒在烧结过程中的生长,样品颗粒仍保持纳米状态 (20~30 nm)。同时,本文还研究了超高压烧结制备的纳米8YSZ的导电性,其电导率(775℃,8.6×10-4S·cm-1)比微晶样品低2~3个数量级。
【Abstract】 Nanocrystalline 8 YSZ (8 mol% yttria stabilized zirconia) bulk samples were successfully synthesized by sol-gel method and finally sintered with the help of SHP (superhigh pressure) up to 4.5GPa. It was found that,by applying superhigh pressure of about 4.5 GPa.The relative density (≥92% ) was improved and the sintering temperature could be decreased. Nano 8YSZ ceramics with grain size of about 30 nm could be obtained when sintered at 1000℃. The electrical conductivity of polycrystalline 8YSZ was investigated in the nanometer and micrometer size range by impedance spec-troscopy. The electrical conductivity of nanocrystalline 8YSZ (775℃,8.6×10-4 S·cm-1 )is about 2-3 orders of magnitude lower than that of the microcrystalline specimen.
