声化学法制备包覆型复合纳米磁性粉末
Sonochemical Preparation of Coated Magnetic Nanocomposite Powders

【摘要】 采用声化学法使分散在正癸烷中的金属有机化合物Fe(CO)5在惰性气氛中和低于273 K的温度下分解,制备出粒度均匀分布在5 nm左右的铁颗粒,并使其对1~4 μm大小的硬磁颗粒Pr-Nb-Fe-B进行包覆,再利用高分辨扫描电子显微镜和X射线能谱对包覆产物的化学成分进行分析,结果表明,纳米铁颗粒均匀包覆于Pr-Nb-Fe-B表面;所制备的纳米复合磁性粉末仅有Pr-Nb-Fe-B所含有的元素和铁,没有其他杂质元素。此外,作为对比,对采用声化学法在相同条件下制备的纳米铁颗粒利用透射电子显微镜进行了表征。
【Abstract】 Pr-Fe-B powders coated with nano-iron particles were prepared through the use of sono-chemistry for decomposition of Fe(CO)5 in decane solvent at 273 K and in an inert atmosphere. Mi-crostructure and phase composition of the products were characterized by scanning electron microscope and electron spectrometer. The experimental results show that nano-iron particles are partly coated on the surface of Pr-Fe-B and any other impurity element is not contained in the magnetic nanocomposite powders. In addition, nano-iron particles prepared under the same condition were also characterized by Transmission Electron Microscope as compared.
