液相沉淀纳米Al2O3-SiO2-CaF2生物玻璃粉体的特性

【摘要】 采用TEM,XRD,EDAX,DTA,IR等分析方法,研究了从几种含有Al3+ Ca2+、Na+、F-、SiO2+3、Cl-的无机盐水溶液中沉淀的纳米Al2O3-SiO2-CaF2生物玻璃粉体的特性,并对其热处理晶化行为进行了探讨。结果表明,粉体由近球状纳米粒子组成,粒子尺寸约在30~70 nm范围,粉体含有Al、Ca、Si、O、F等原子, 呈典型的非晶态特征;该非晶粉体结构类似熔融-淬火玻璃,但其玻璃转变温度较低,约在625℃左右;在625~817℃温度范围内,随温度的升高,CaF2、Al2SiO3等晶相先后析出。

【Abstract】 The characteristics and crystallization behaviors of the nano Al2O3-SiO2-CaF2 bioglass powder which precipitated with several inorganic salts containing Al3+ , Ca2+ , Na+ , F- , SiO2+3 , Cl-were studied by TEM, XRD, EDAX, DTA and IR methods. The results show that the powder belongs to amorphous compounds containing Al, Ca, Si, O and F atoms and is constituted by near spheroidic particles that size is in the range of 30-70 run. The structure of glass powder is similar to that of melting-quenching glass. The [SiO4] and [AlO4] were linked to form the basic network, the ions Ca2+ and F- mainly were located as the network modifiers. The transformation temperature of nano glass Tg is only 625℃. In the range of 625℃ to 817℃, The crystal phase CaF2 was precipitated firstly from the amorphous structure. With the temperature rising, crystal phases such as Al2SiO5 and Al4.4Si1.2O9.5 were precipitated sequentially.
