镍催化甲烷裂解制备新型纳米碳材料

【摘要】 本文采用相转移法和沉淀法耦合制备纳米Ni催化剂,使用TEM、 HRTEM和XRD等对所得催化剂样品及其催化甲烷裂解积碳产物进行表征。随着有机相添加量的减少或焙烧温度逐渐升高,纳米Ni催化剂的积碳活性均呈现出逐渐增强的趋势。添加MgO载体后,纳米Ni催化剂积碳活性得到显著改善,但却随焙烧温度的升高呈下降趋势。积碳产物的常规TEM照片中具有针状形貌的物种在高倍HRTEM照片中则显示为与针状物轴向成一定角度的层状结构,其层间距约为0.21nm,初步判定为首次实验合成的碳的新物种。
【Abstract】 The nickel nanocatalysts were prepared from the coupling route of phase transfer and the precipitation methods in this paper. Their activities to catalyse the decomposition of methane to form carbon deposits were investigated by the TEM, HRTEM and XRD, etc. The experimental results present that the activity of carbon deposition of Ni nanocatalysts increased gradually with the decrease of amount of organic phase added or the increase of the calcining temperature. After MgO being added as the support, the activity was improved remarkably, but it decreased with the increase of the calcining temperature. The needle shape species of the carbon deposits shown in the TEM photos, have their fine structure observed by HRTEM, which consists of the layers having a special angle with the axes of the "needle", and the distance between the layers is about 0.21 nm.
