Ni2+-Co2+共掺杂TiO2的制备及对光催化性能影响

【摘要】 用sol-gel法制备掺杂Ni2+、CO2+和Ni2+-CO2+共掺杂的纳米TiO2,利用 X-射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)对样品进行表征。以制浆蒸煮黑液为目标降解物,考察了Ni2+、CO2+掺杂对纳米TiO2光催化活性的影响。结果表明:Ni2+、Co2+共掺杂抑制纳米TiO2晶粒的成长,使TiO2 的光谱响应范围向可见光拓展,有利于对可见光的吸收。Ni2+、Co2+共掺杂的 TiO2能有效提高光催化降解制浆蒸煮黑液的效果,反应8h,体系中的CODCr去除率和色度去除率分别可达到60%和88.7%。
【Abstract】 TiO2 nanoparticles, Ni2+ -doped, Co2 + -doped and Ni2+ -Co2 + codoped were prepared by a sol-gel process and characterized by XRD.TEM, UV-vis. The results indicate that the average particle size of TiO2 crystal is about 10 nm at 400℃ and the TiO2 grain growth is inhibited by Ni2+ -Co2 + codoping. The presence of Ni2+ ,Co2+ ion in TiC^ crystal is found to promote the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 in degradation of black liquid from pulp and improves the removing of efficiency of CODCr greatly. The removing rate of CODCr and chroma of black liquid from pulp is up to 60% and 88.7% , respectively.
