高性能Ti基纳米准晶合金
Excellent Performance of Nanoicosahedral Quasicrystalline Ti-based Alloy

【摘要】 自从新结构的准晶合金被发现以来,特别是Ti基准晶合金由于具有热力学稳定的正二十面体构造,这些材料表现出特殊的组织构造、物理/化学特性和力学性能,其相关的研究引起人们的广泛关注。近年,作者等在Ti基准晶合金新材料的制备和特性研究方面取得了一些新进展。本文综合报道了Ti基纳米准晶合金的形成能力、准晶粒子分散合金的制备和力学性能等方面的研究结果。
【Abstract】 Since icosahedral quasicrystalline phase (I-phase) has a new type of crystal structure has been found, it is reported that I-phase forms in a number of Ti-based alloys, and that the I-phase is well ordered and thermodynamically stable in the Ti-based alloy. Further, studies on the physical/ chemical, mechanical properties and other specific characteristic performances of the Ti-based I-phase alloys have received much attention. It is important from scientific and technological points to study the formation, phase transformation and mechanical properties of the alloys. Recently, we have examined the composition dependence of the structure as well as Ti-based nanoscale I-phase forming a-bility by melt-spinning and annealing techniques. An improvement in the forming abilities of nanoscale Ti-based I-phase alloy has been obtained. In this paper, the formation, structures and mechanical properties of the Ti-based nanoscale I-phase alloy have been reviewed.
