钢包铜复合线的组织结构分析

【摘要】 本文介绍了采用挤压、拉拔工艺生产的钢/铜复合线材,通过光学显微镜、SEM和电子探针等手段分析了复合线界面形态、显微组织、界面元素互扩散现象。结果说明:该工艺生产的复合线在复合界面实现了铜、铁原子的互扩散,呈现了良好的冶金结合状态,提高了复合质量,使成品率得到大幅度提高,可批量供货。
【Abstract】 This text has been introduced to be used the press and drawings the compound wire of steel /copper of technology production , and has analysed the compound wire interface form by way of optics microscope and SEM and electronics needle etc means and is apparent minute organisation and interface element spreading the appearance mutually . The result explanation : The compound wire of this technology production has been realized spreading mutually of copper and Iron atom at the compound interface , and has appeared good metallurgy to combine the state , and raised the compound quality , and makes the yield get raising by a wide margin , and has realized the batch supplying goods.
