钨合金微观组织及晶粒取向对钨合金性能的影响

【摘要】 高密度钨合金作为动能穿甲弹材料取代铀合金具有广阔的应用前景。本文讨论了钨合金微观组织、钨合金中钨含量和钨颗粒尺寸对力学性能和绝热剪切性能的影响,钨颗粒的邻接度对性能的影响,变形后钨颗粒取向对性能的影响等,并认为进一步研究各种变形机理、微观组织等因素对钨合金力学性能和绝热剪切的影响是十分必要的。
【Abstract】 Tungsten heavy alloys used as kinetic-energy penetrator for high strain rate applications in stead of uranium alloy has a wide prospects and has been broadly investigated . Microstructure , content , orientation and crystal size of tungsten heavy alloys were reviewed. The factors to effect on the mi-crostructure and some methods improving mechanical properties of tungsten heavy alloys were discussed in this paper . The necessary is that distortion mechanism and factor of microstructure on effects of mechanical behaviour and shear adiabatic bends should be researched.
