活性炭纤维布担载纳米TiO2及热处理工艺的研究

【摘要】 论文以活性炭纤维布(ACFC)为载体,利用三种方法进行了担载实验,利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察样品形貌,表明溶胶-凝胶法适合ACFC担载TiO2。通过热处理工艺的研究表明,在氮气中锐钛矿相TiO2在ACFC表面生长较慢;而在空气中锐钛矿相生长较快,但温度超过500℃,ACFC的氧化侵蚀严重。选定的热处理条件为:空气中以5℃/min的速率升温到450℃并恒温10-30 min后随炉冷却到室温。该条件下热处理后样品表面形貌完整,TiO2的晶型为锐钛矿,紫外-可见光漫反射光谱中,在350-400 nm区间有明显吸收边,表明此复合体具有光催化活性。

【Abstract】 In this paper, loading TiO2 on activated carbon fiber cloth ( ACFC) was carried out, including TiO2 powder dispersing-liquid direct dip-coating, magnetron sputtering and sol-gel dip-coating methods. SEM observation for the morphologies of the samples shows that sol-gel dip-coating is suitable for ACFC supporting. During heat treatment , anatase TiO2 crystal grows slowly in N2 but quickly in air, however, ACFC can be eroded due to oxidation in air when temperature is higher than 500℃ The best treatment condition is that temperature is raised from room temperature to 450℃at5℃/min in air and kept constant for 10 - 30 min then cool down. Hybrids with good morphology can be obtained after heat treatment. XRD results show that the TiO2 on the surface of ACFC is anatase. The obvious adsorp- tion band can be found in the UV-VIS diffuse reflection spectrum at the band of 350 - 400 nm, suggesting that the hybrid materials have photo-catalytic activity.
