虎尾型碳纳米结构

【摘要】 通过化学气相反应,碳纳米管被组装到碳化的电纺纳米纤维上,形成多刺的碳纳米纤维结构。扫描电镜和透射电镜观察显示单根多刺的纳米纤维结构类似于老虎尾巴。这种虎尾型的碳纳米结构材料形成的膜是多层次的三维碳纳米多孔隙结构。这样的结构材料可望用来制作新一代的高效化学电极,用在各类化学电池中,也可望用作高效的过滤材料,隔离有害物质。
【Abstract】 Via chemical vapor reaction, carbon nanotubes were assembled on the surface of carbonized electrospun nanofibers to form hairy carbon nanofiber structure. The observation using scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope show such a single hairy nanofiber looks like a tiger tail. The membrane-like structure composed of such tiger-tail’-like hairy carbon nanofibers is hierarchical, three-dimensional and porous. Such a structural material can be expected to be used for making the high-efficient chemical electrodes of new generation, used in all kinds of chemical batteries, and can also be expected to be used as the high-efficient filtration material to remove the harmful substances.
