煤基炭膜孔结构形成的研究

【摘要】 本文以煤为前驱体材料制备炭膜,并采用热重分析、孔结构分析及扫描电镜等手段对制备过程中煤基炭膜的孔结构形成进行详细的研究。结果表明:煤基炭膜的孔结构主要是由黏结剂、造孔剂及少量的煤中挥发分在碳化过程中的热分解析出所形成的。其形状为狭缝型孔隙结构。由于造孔剂的作用,炭膜的孔结构在较低的温度下已经形成,随着碳化温度的升高,黏结剂的热分解析出而使炭膜的孔结构得到充分的发展,在500℃时炭膜的孔结构基本形成。600℃以后未分解的那部分黏结剂在高温下则以炭的形式与煤颗粒经过一定的缩聚反应相互融合,构成炭膜的碳骨架结构。此后炭膜由于炭结构重排而使已经形成的孔结构发生一定程度的收缩。

【Abstract】 The formation of pore structure of coal-based carbon membrane was investigated by means of TG.pore structure analysis and SEM in this paper. The result shows that the pore structure is formed due to the evolution of binder, pore formation agent and volatile in coal during pyrolysis and the pore structure formed is slit shape. At lower temperature, the pore structure of coal-based carbon membrane has been formed by evolution of the pore formation agent. With the increase of carbonization temperature , the pore structure is further developed as a result of the evolution of binder and finished up to 500℃. The carbon framework structure of coal-based carbon membrane is composed of the coal particles sintered with the remainder of binder. The pore structure shrinkage at high temperature is due to the carbon arrangement.
